Hi,
The vehicle can be deregistered even if it has unpaid taxes, but it is not allowed to use the car in traffic in Finland if the taxes are dued.
Note also that it is not allowed to export a car that has unpaid taxes. So if the car in question is in Finland and is to be exported to Estonia, all vehicle taxes must be paid before exporting it is possible. Collection measures will be targeted only to the person liable for the tax, not the new owner.

Sellest järeldub, et maksud olid siiski kõik makstud, sest vastasel juhul poleks teda Eestisse lastud. Hoidsin ka silma peal terve selle müügi vältel... Vb siis tõesti oli lihtsalt odav auto
