Suhtlesin Daimleriga ka ja nendepoolne viivitus seoses suurte mahtudega. Igatahes on nad tegelemas sellega ja usun et peagi on ligipääs kõikidel soovijatel olemas. Kopeerin siia Daimleri vastuse ka:


The successor system of the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) - named Parts Information - is like its predecessor, an internal system of Daimler AG, which we make exclusively available to members of the officially affiliated Mercedes-Benz brand clubs.



The access to Parts Information, is among other advantages, that you enjoy as a member of an official Mercedes-Benz brand club, free of charge and a voluntary benefit by Mercedes-Benz Classic.



It has already been seen in advance that between switching off the old system and the availability of the Parts Information, there will be a few weeks in which no access is possible. We had informed the clubs in advance. This period was necessary to allow us to program and implement an extra online registration tool. In addition the corresponding processes had to be redefined and adapted accordingly.



After an extensive test phase the online registration tool went live just in time at the announced date. Within a short time we received more than 2,000 registrations, which are currently processed by the internal department being in charge of the Parts Information with the help of a service provider. In many cases, it may be that the deadline for the processing of a new user registration and its activation will be exceeded.


Unfortunately, for the reasons mentioned above, we cannot tell you on which date your user account will be activated. But you can be assured, that the colleagues are working hard to move things forward and you will be informed as soon as your account has been successfully activated.
