W211 termostaadi vahetus

Leidsin väikse juhendi kes tahab ise teha:

Procedure as below (refer to the diagram). Item 16 does not apply to your engine so you can ignore.

1. Drain coolant

2. Remove trim panels for cylinder head cover

3. Disconnect electrical connector on the coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)

4. Remove bracket for fuel lines (20)

5. Detach coolant hoses (17) and vent hose (18) from thermostat housing (9)

6. Remove thermostat housing (9)

When install on engine 611, 612, 613 pay attention to installation position of connection fitting (14), in order to avoid overflow of coolant.
